At the heart of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Long Beach are the Sunday services. The best way to get acquainted with our community is to attend a service, or several services, and learn for yourself some of the ways in which we inspire and encourage each other in our spiritual journeys. We come from many religious backgrounds or none, take pride in our differences, and draw strength from them (read more About Us, if you haven’t already). Because of this diversity, both the theme and the form of services can vary from week to week.

Closely related to the Sunday morning experience are other opportunities such as the various “Affinity” small group discussion gatherings and other learning events. Programs in music and other arts, which help meet the spiritual needs of our congregation, are available to our members, friends, and visitors.

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Long Beach offers not only a spiritual home, but also a place for exploration, for celebration, and for finding community.
