The first thing you need to do is Get Registered by going to the event website at there you will find instructions to help move you through the process. Don’t worry, it’s quick and easy!

The good news is, if you registered for last years auction, or last years Auction Boutique in November, you are already registered!

Here are the detailed instructions:

Q. How do I find the auction?

A. The Link to the Auction is

The Auction works just like it did last year, if you attended last year, this year will seem familiar to you. If you haven’t attended one of the virtual auctions or fall boutiques in the past, here are some videos to help you out: HERE

Q. I bid in the Fall Auction Boutique or at last years Auction; will my information still be here? Or do I have to sign up again?

A. If you registered for the Fall Auction Boutique or at last years Auction, it will remember you. You can click on “Sign In” and get back into your account. Please make sure to update any new information.

Q. How do I Sign Up?

A. Go to HOW TO and watch the video

If you prefer, here is a step-by-step of the process, as described on the video:

  • Go to!
  • You will be redirected to our Winter Light Online Auction within our auction website software (which is called Auctria).
  • In the upper right-hand corner, click on “Register”
  • Fill in your name & information (we need at _least_ your email address and phone, so we can reach you if you won something!)
  • It will prompt you to create a password
  • Review your registration. Agree to the terms of use and complete your registration.
  • You will need to ‘confirm your account’ from an email that the software will automatically send to your email address.
  • Once your account is confirmed you can click on “My Account” in the upper right corner, to see everything about your account.
  • You can add a credit card as well, if you want to be able to check out right from the software.
Q. How do I bid?

A. Go to HOW TO and watch the video

If you prefer, here is a step-by-step of the process, as described on the video:

  • Go to!
  • Check and make sure that you are logged in to the email address that you used during sign up.
  • You can start by clicking on “Start Shopping” in the upper menu, or you can just scroll down.
  • Click on any item to see more information, be aware some items sell out fast!
  • Some items are listed as “Buy-it-Now” only, those are the “poster items” you sign up for a slot, just like you would put your name on one of our poster items at the auction event.
  • When you go to bid on an item, you will see what the minimum bid you need to make in order for your bid to be registered. You can bid that amount or any amount up to (or over) the “Buy-it-Now” price. As long as your bid is below the “Buy-it-Now” price, you will be listed as the highest bidder. If someone out bids you, you will get an email letting you know. You can always choose the “Buy-it-Now” price and then the item is yours.
  • You will be asked to confirm any bid you place, to make sure that you put in the right number. You will not be able to ‘take back’ any bid that you make.
  • At the top of the items, you can sort items by category, or you can search for items by putting a search term in the search bar. Any item that matches it (say you search for book, any item with a book in it will show up) will show up so that you can bid on them.
  • Once you have made at least one bid that is finalized (a poster/“Buy-it-Now” item only, a silent item at the “Buy-it-Now” price, or a donation), there will be a cart in the upper right of your screen.
  • Click on that and you will see the total of what you have ‘won’ and you can ‘checkout’. If you have registered a credit card, you can pay right then, you can even make an additional donation if you did not spend all your Auction budget.
Q. How will the Live Auction work?

A. You can watch it from the comfort of your home, just like Sunday services are zoom live streamed. What’s different is that this event is interactive and your video and sound will not be locked in the ‘off’ position. The Zoom event will be live streamed from Wylder Hall on Saturday February 12th at 7 pm. The Zoom address will be publicized shortly. There will be LIVE AUCTION items available for bidding on that night ONLY. All bids are managed to make sure that everyone has a chance to participate, just as we always do during in person live auctions. You will be able to window shop all the live items during the week beginning February 6th at the event site but you will not be able to bid until the item is introduced on Saturday night, during the zoom Live Auction Event.
