Memorial Day is often associated with sales and camping trips, but its true meaning lies in recognizing the ultimate sacrifice paid for by those who went to war and did not return. Those who sacrificed their lives, whether drafted or volunteers, deserve our recognition. Let us join together for a contemplative service about those who have laid down their lives in service to our country.
