“What does Religious Education look like? It can be learning that the impossible can be made possible with a shift in perspective. It is putting Faith in Action to provide backpacks, toiletries, and socks for unhoused Long Beach children. It is honoring one another’s spiritual journeys, discovering what we find sacred, and finding joy in celebrating and protecting our Mother Earth. Come join us, one and all, for this heartwarming, multigenerational service as we showcase the church experience of our children and youth and what they explored, learned, worked, played, sung and celebrated this past curricular year. RE Sunday will feature an “RE Highlights” video, including Faith in Action, Youth Chapel, Spiritual Practices and special events. Our youngest ones will provide a special Chalice lighting and our children and youth will share glimpses of their Religious Education year. See you there!
