Cultivating Relationship

Outdoors under the Structure, or online using Zoom or Facebook LIVE. This year our Soul Matters Small Group Ministry monthly themes invite us to think about not only what values our Unitarian Universalist faith calls us to but also the key actions and skills that our times require of us. Pandemic time exposed the need for humanity to change and adjust in key ways. So each month we will explore a different skill that we develop so that we don’t just return to normal but actually bring about a “new normal.” So this month we explore the ways in which our times call us to “Cultivate Relationship.” And just as we grow a garden, we need a whole basket of tools and skills to cultivate, deepen and mobilize the key relationships around us. We are so excited about exploring this together!

Outdoor Sunday Services Under the Structure

We will be holding Sunday 10am services outdoors under the structure. And, for those who would rather continue enjoying services via Zoom or Facebook LIVE from your cozy living rooms, no worries, UUCLB will continue these online services into your homes indefinitely!

As we move forward in this direction, please keep in mind that we are all in this together. To keep everyone safe and healthy we embrace a practice of Inclusion, Covenant, Consent, and Care for all during these COVID-19 times. Please remember that those who are health compromised, and children under 12 are not able to be vaccinated. It’s up to us to help keep one another safe. The best way to do this is to remember these basic protocols:

– Stay Masked at all times (except when taking a drink of water/beverage)
– Practice mutually agreed, social distancing at all times
– Ask before making physical contact
– Please exit the campus in a timely manner after service has ended

Due to the recent outbreak of the Delta Variant, there will be NO coffee hour after services at this time. Please plan to do any extended socialization after services off campus.
