Children and youth will put their faith into action by helping local homeless youth. They will make personal hygiene kits to support a local teen homeless program for their January Faith In Action Sunday (A series of monthly activities benefiting others). We need donations of disposable razors, small toothpaste tubes, toothbrushes, combs, small liquid soap/sanitizer bottles, and more. Small containers are best. Buying in bulk saves on cost. Please drop off items at the LRE office or, on the 26th, at the Chalice Building. We would also welcome extra adult helpers that day for hygiene kit assembly. For more information, please contact Laura Scully at 562-822-0200 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Children and youth in first grade through High School should gather in Wylder Hall where they will be sung out following the beginning of Service.
