Date(s) - Thursday, October 5, 2017 - Thursday, November 2, 2017
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Much of the stress in our lives comes from the energy we expend in our effort to communicate with others, especially if the circumstances are challenging.
During this month set aside for domestic violence, it is more than relevant that we brush up on our communications skills.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
• Develop non-violent communication skills
• Learn about your communication style
• Learn why it’s difficult to communicate with some
• Bridge the space in between all of us with the willingness to listen and share empathy for those whose views are different than ours.
Thursdays: October 5, October 19 & November 2
For more information and to register, email Adult Religious Education. Additionally, to learn more, stop by the Religious Education table/cart after church service on Sundays and talk to someone.
Presented by the Lifespan Religious Education Committee.
