The Northwestern Alumni Association and the NU Club of Orange County invite you to a special evening at the Bowers Museum featuring a presentation by Northwestern University art history professor Huey Copeland: Touched by the Mother: On Black Men and Artistic Practice, 1966–2016.
In this lecture, Copeland will discuss his latest book project, which brings together his new and previously published articles, essays, interviews, and reviews on male cultural practitioners of African descent and contemporary visual engagements with black masculinity.
