Join us in the UUCLB Lounge for an evening of Art Journaling to explore ways of integrating creative expression into our daily lives. The first topic is inspired by the Spring Equinox and will be centered around the theme of rebirth and new beginnings. Using nature as a mirror is a powerful way to better understand our internal landscape. Just as the world moves through the seasons, individual lives do as well. Where do you find yourself this spring? Using simple art techniques such as intuitive drawing, collaging, and
found word poetry we will deepen our connection to our ourselves. All are welcome and no experience needed to participate. You don’t need to have any special skills or be an artist to make art—you only need the willingness to show up and allow yourself to be messy.
